All books and bundles sold on this website are digital products.
DIGITAL PURCHASES
Because digital files are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been successfully delivered or accessed.
A refund may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- You completed payment but did not receive access to the purchased files; or
- There is a genuine technical problem with the delivered files that we are unable to resolve.
