Information collected now
Purchase availability is shown at checkout. Customer purchases use Razorpay Live Mode, and restricted owner tests also remain available. We collect the selected product or language edition and the email you provide for delivery; we do not require an account.
If you contact us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your:
- Name
- Email address
- Message or enquiry
The website or its hosting platform may also process basic technical information needed to operate the site.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through Razorpay.
To complete a purchase, Razorpay may collect and process information such as your name, email address, phone number, transaction details, payment information, and certain technical information required to process and secure the payment. Razorpay handles this information under its own Privacy Policy.
We do not store your full card or banking details.
We may receive basic order information from Razorpay, such as your contact details, product purchased, payment status, and transaction reference, so we can deliver your digital product and provide customer support.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to enquiries
- Process and deliver purchases
- Provide customer support
- Resolve payment or download issues
- Maintain the website and purchase experience
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Digital delivery
We use Brevo for book download emails. The recipient email address, book title and private download link are sent to Brevo for delivery. Our Netlify-hosted backend stores orders, verified payment references, recipient email addresses, checkout reservations, purchase-term acceptance and delivery-job status in private Supabase tables. To limit repeated checkout attempts, the backend processes your network address and email into keyed, daily-changing identifiers. Checkout records store these identifiers rather than a raw network address. The email itself is retained for purchase delivery and support. A private purchase-access token is kept in your browser tab’s session storage to let you check the same purchase after a reload; the database stores its hash. It is not an advertising cookie. Earlier owner-test records and operational check metadata remain in Netlify storage. Private download links expire after 24 hours; this expiry does not automatically delete the order records. Purchase and checkout records remain until the owner removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to resolve payment disputes or other applicable obligations.
Reader feedback
If you submit feedback, we collect the selected book or edition, your comments, optional rating and display name, reading context, and permission to publish. These submissions are saved in a private Supabase table for Superverse Era to review. Feedback is not published automatically. Only feedback with publication permission may be considered for display; preview and test-reader feedback is not presented as a verified purchase review.
Please do not include contact details or order numbers in your comments. We do not require your email address for feedback. To limit repeated submissions, the backend processes your network address into a keyed, daily-changing identifier; the feedback table stores this identifier rather than your raw network address. Netlify may independently process technical information as part of hosting.
You can request correction or removal of feedback through the contact address below, identifying the book, display name and an excerpt of your comment. Feedback records remain until the owner removes them; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
With your permission, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics measure page views, checkout starts and verified paid purchases. Purchase reporting may run from our backend even if you close the page. Reports include the book, amount, currency, order reference and purchase time. Meta matching may use your browser/click identifiers, IP address and browser information. We do not send your name, email or private download link to these analytics services.
Campaign tags from a link may be saved with your order so we can identify the source, campaign and creative that brought you here. Optional measurement can be declined without affecting purchase or delivery. Use “Measurement choices” to change your choice for future activity.
